Clear Bistro Blinds from Smart Home Products are perfect for keeping out the
wind and rain from your outdoor area. They’re available off the shelf from Mitre
10 and all good hardware stores and come in four sizes ranging from 1500 –
2400mm. You can zip sections together and turn your outside are into an all
weather area.
You don’t need any special tools or equipment. Fitting them is a fairly simple
process and all the screws and bolts you need are supplied with the blinds.
To begin, the blinds must be secured to a crossbeam. Attach coach bolts with a
spanner or a socket into the first section. Anchor the blinds and check that
they’re perpendicular using a level. The flaps underneath the bottom roll give
flexibility with the drop, as do the adjustable straps. Attach the joining
zippers and line up edges with corresponding zippers on joining piece. Ensure
the cord (for raising and lowering blinds) is in the correct position before
screwing blinds into place.
