Graffiti Removal

Faye explains that early identification of the graffiti medium and surface will help ensure easy removal. Follow the directions on the can and repeat the application for stubborn paint.

There are several easy ways to protect high-risk surfaces

  1. Install well-positioned sensor lights.
  2. Plant spiky shrubs on walls such as Bougainvillea
  3. Dark surfaces are thought to deter graffitists

Often the cheapest and quickest method of dealing with graffiti is to repaint the affected area with a fresh coat of paint. Sealants may be required on some graffiti to prevent bleeding through the finished paintwork.

There is a graffiti barrier coating specially designed to protect surfaces from graffiti, ink and paint.. If your surfaces are particularly prone to graffiti contact your local council.
