Faye decided to paint Kevin’s Island Bench to suit her own décor so she could claim it for herself. Cunning girl. White Knight Hammered Finish paint will give the bench a metallic, semi-industrial look. It’s available in a range of colours, and can be used on a wide variety of materials.

Step 1: Prepare surfaces by sanding and removing dust. Prime MDF or other sheet products with White Knight MDF Primer and allow it to dry, then sand lightly with 240 grit wet-or-dry abrasive paper.

Step 2: Apply the Hammered Finish using a spray can, brush or roller, and allow to dry before handling. One coat is often enough! Clean up with turps.

tip Faye ’s Tip:
Clear the spray nozzle when you’re finished by spraying with the can upside down for a few seconds.

White Knight products are available at all good hardware stores.
