SELLEYS ALL CLEAR – FIXING A KITCHEN SINK - Monte Dwyer

If you have unsightly grime build up and water is seeping in under your sink you’ll need to fix the seal. Monte shows us how to fix this problem using Selleys All Clear, one of the multipurpose water barrier products from Selleys.

To begin, turn the water mains off.

Remove the hardware and the S bend and gently remove the sink. If the gasket is broken, as ours is, you’ll need to replace it. Clean the underside of the sink using bleach and a toothbrush.

Once the sink is cleaned up apply Selley’s All clear around the edge using your calking gun. (There is a brushable solution available as well.)

Apply an even beading of Selleys All Clear to the edge as well as to the sink and replace the sink and hardware.

Selleys All Clear can be painted if required.
